SHS Summer Mentorship Program

The Saratoga High School Summer Mentorship Program (SHSSMP) aims to pair high school students with Saratoga alumni who have similar interests to allow high school students to gain exposure to college life, majors, and skills with the help of students that have firsthand experience in various fields. This year, we are also working with students at Monta Vista High School and BASIS High School to expand the mentorship program and reach more students.

LEARN NEW SKILLS

Our mentors have experience with full-stack web development, machine learning, data science, CAD, biochemistry and more. Several are willing to lead hands-on projects to teach students how to apply practical skills.

EXPLORE MAJORS

We have students from majors ranging from Financial Economics to Mechanical Engineering. They are open to questions, and would be happy to guide you through their application process and experiences in pursuing their majors.

FIND YOUR PASSION

Try your hand at something new with the support of a veteran. The learning process will be much more straightforward and rewarding with someone to guide you to resources and answer any questions you might come by along the way.
